Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an ad4u.ai account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. When you use the product we store the content you provide to generate ads: product photos you upload, brand details you add or import from your website (name, logo, colors), your text prompts, and the images and videos generated for you. We also keep a ledger of credit usage.

How generation works

Your prompts, photos, and brand details are sent to the AI providers that power generation — OpenAI, Replicate, and Google — solely to produce your ad content. Generated media is stored with our storage provider (Supabase) so it stays available in your account. Our application is hosted on Vercel; transactional email (such as verification) is delivered via Resend. If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we store an encrypted access token used only to publish posts you explicitly request.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites. Uploaded photos are used only to generate the ads you request.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the mobile app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, brands, uploads, generated media records, and social connections are removed. You can also request deletion by emailing support.
