Terms of Service

The service

ad4u.ai generates advertising images and videos from the product photos, brand details, and prompts you provide. Generation consumes credits from your account balance. AI output can be imperfect; review generated content before publishing it anywhere.

Your content

You must own or have rights to the photos, logos, and brand material you upload, and you are responsible for the ads you create and where you publish them. You own the ads generated from your content, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use ad4u.ai to create content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit; that impersonates real people or brands you do not represent; or that targets minors with harmful material. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits

Credits meter generation usage. Failed generations are automatically refunded. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ad4u.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from generated content.
